My name is Melanie Heale. I am a Norwich-based, provider of Exam Access Arrangements (EAA) assessments for schools and colleges, and Academic Coaching for students and their families.

I offer a range of services for schools, young people and families, drawing upon 20 years working with secondary education. I believe in unlocking opportunities for all young people.
